AOP procedures
An AOP procedure is a workflow for Sol: instructions, questions, conditions and authorized sources. It complements standard answers for cases that need several steps.
Use the guided editor or import text, a text-based PDF or a DOCX. Document-based proposals remain subject to review and acceptance.
Simulate scenarios, inspect results and have another authorized person approve the exact version.
Choose where to activate the procedure, then inspect activity and executed steps. Publishing a version does not activate it on its own.
Sol asks for missing information and consults authorized Shopify context when identity and access allow it. It explains available tracking or hands the conversation to your team with its context.
The commerce lookups described here read authorized data. They do not trigger refunds or order changes. Account permissions and configuration determine which information is accessible.
Your budget
Compare your average monthly bill with the estimated cost of the doue plan that fits your needs.
Add your last three monthly bills and divide by three. For an annual contract, divide the yearly total by twelve. Include add-ons that doue would replace.
3 seats · 300 AI conversations included
This volume exceeds the selected plan’s monthly allowance. Choose a suitable plan; no cost is estimated for uncovered volume.
A personalized estimate, not measured average customer savings. Check plan seats, features and allowances. Top-ups, extra seats, add-ons and annual discounts are excluded, as are taxes, migration, external fees and remaining commitments. A doue AI conversation, a ticket and a competitor outcome are not equivalent units.
Savings (%) = (average invoice − monthly plan price) ÷ average invoice × 100, within the selected allowance. The 12-month difference assumes twelve identical months and does not represent annual pricing. Add-ons are not included.
The calculation stays in your browser; entered amounts are not sent to doue.
