Grant only the access required for the confirmed scope. The AI agent should remain read-only whenever an action is not explicitly available and controlled.
Review the context
Test representative orders, including an incomplete or ambiguous case. Context should improve the answer without replacing human review when a sensitive decision is needed.
Before launch
Confirm who may connect the store, who reviews access, and how the team reports missing or unexpected data.
Steps in the application
- Check with an administrator that the Shopify integration is enabled for the account.
- Follow the offered installation and authorization steps for the relevant store.
- Check the connection and look up a demonstration order belonging to the correct customer.
- Test a tracking question and human handoff; do not request order writes in this workflow.
