No surprises
No charges are billed after usage. When the allowance is exhausted, new AI conversations stop; previously counted windows, incoming messages and human support continue.
Products and variants synchronized from Shopify or WooCommerce do not use indexed web pages. Independently crawled pages count.

Additional seat: $15 per month, at most two. Paid Stripe-billed accounts only; shared AI allowances stay unchanged.
300 prepaid AI conversations: $71 before applicable tax. Active professional Stripe subscription required.
1000 prepaid AI conversations: $233 before applicable tax. Active professional Stripe subscription required.
Bank limit: 3,000 unused conversations. Paid purchases are valid for 12 calendar months and extend credits still valid at payment. Expired credits cannot be restored. No pack purchases during the trial or on Shopify-billed accounts.
Shopify-billed accounts use USD prices. No packs or additional seats at launch; change plan to increase capacity.

At the first useful AI response in a 24-hour window. An error, clarification alone or handoff without a useful response does not count; a useful response followed by a handoff does.
New AI conversations stop. Messages and human support continue. Change your plan or wait for renewal. Packs and seats will be offered only after they are enabled.
The owner, active collaborators and pending invitations count. AI and copilot allowances are shared across the account.
Only delivered and validated features are promised. Shopify assisted actions are turned on for your account on request.
